I can't find an item, does this mean you don’t stock it?

If you cannot find an item online, we may have this in our retail shop or if it is not a stock line, we can try to source the product and place a special order for you. Please write the item you require in the customer message box located at the checkout stage of the order. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Department on 1-888-509-2627 where our staff will be able to assist you.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours. Most orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be same-day dispatch. However, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

How long will delivery take to countries abroad?

This depends on the destination and delivery method. An estimated time will be provided when selecting from the available methods for your country.

If an item is out of stock do you send it on or do I have to re-order?

You will need to re-order but you may check availability by emailing us or calling 1-888-509-2627

Can I change/add more than one delivery address on site?

Yes - you can add, remove and change as many delivery addresses as you like.
